Day 18 - Wind Therapy…

Back on Day 6 we had talked about the wind and your challenge was to notice the wind moving on and around you.

Today’s challenge is to do a little “Wind Therapy”.

As you spend more time connecting to nature you may get the increasing awareness that we are actually part of this natural world… It is our tendency to separate ourselves from nature (us vs it) and part of these daily challenges is to feel more connected to the “whole”. As you start to feel more connected, to the trees, animals and elements etc, you can work in harmony with nature in many ways… one is what I call wind therapy.

This can take a couple of forms… If you have something you are grateful for, or are just feeling full of love and joy – stand in the wind and let the feeling swell up inside of you – the power of the wind will amplify that feeling in you, Or, if you are feeling sad, frustrated or lonesome, stand in the wind as you would a hot shower and let the wind wash over you.

Let nature help – it always tries to bring things into balance and remember, we are part of nature.
